House Refurbishment - Plot 5

This project had as a requirement to solve the existing problem of the functionality and dimension of the original kitchen. For this, the kitchen and the dining room were inverted so the kitchen would be more functional and have more comfortable measurements, and the wall separating these spaces was demolished to make an open space. In addition, another critical factor was the access to the patio, not interfering with the kitchen.
